Staying Safe
Online Training
National Seniors Australia and Commbank have come together to provide you with the latest scams information so that you can stay safe
How long does the presenter need to deliver the session?
We allow 45 mins for content and 15 mins for Q&A. Our team will try to accommodate all questions should we run out of time.
How many participants are needed?
We can accommodate both small and large groups. 5 people is a good minimum, however an audience of 15-20 people usually generates greater discussion.
What information do you need to organise a community event?
In addition to the details of a main contact person, will need the preferred event date and start time, location, expected audience size and available equipment. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however it will be subject to availability of presenters. Ideally we need ~4 weeks notice.
We have a venue with tables and chairs, but what other equipment is needed?
We will be sharing a PowerPoint presentation so need a screen. Please let us know if you need equipment and we may be able to supply them, depending on availability.
Who is the content suitable for?
People over 65 were more likely to lose money to scams than any other age group, however scams impact all ages. There is no real age limit, it’s important information for everyone, so whoever wants to come is welcome.
Are the seminars only for Commonwealth Bank customers?
Everyone is welcome.
